This is a list of the OnlyFans creators people search for most. The names that the most people type into a search engine every month. We count monthly search interest for every creator name we track, rank the verified accounts by it, and refresh the list once a month.
"Most popular" gets claimed by a lot of lists, and the honest version is narrower than it sounds. OnlyFans does not publish subscriber counts or earnings, so nobody outside the company can rank creators by either one. What can be measured from the outside is attention: how often a name is searched. That is what this ranking uses, and it is all it uses. The score next to each creator is relative — the most-searched name this month is 100 and everyone else is scaled against them — so you can see the gap between positions without us publishing raw search data.
Every account here is verified. A creator only makes the list when their own channels — an official Instagram, X, link hub or website — point to that exact OnlyFans username, or a major publication names it. Popular names attract impostors and misleading pages, and a popularity list that sends you to a fake page is worse than no list. If we cannot confirm the account, the name is left off, however often it is searched.
Nobody can buy a position, and nobody is moved up or down by hand.
If you want creators who are active right now rather than famous, the best OnlyFans by category pages rank on posting activity instead. Mainstream stars who joined the platform have their own page: celebrities on OnlyFans. How the numbers work is on the methodology page.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the most popular creator on OnlyFans right now?
By our search-interest ranking for November 2026, Shannon Elizabeth is first. The order changes month to month, so check the date at the top of the list.
How is this ranking calculated?
By monthly search interest: how often each creator's name is searched in a month. We merge spelling variants of the same name, keep only verified accounts and sort by that number. The score shown is relative, with the top creator at 100.
Is this list based on earnings or subscriber counts?
No. OnlyFans does not publish either figure, and lists that claim to rank by earnings are guessing. Search interest is a measurable signal of how many people are looking for a creator, so that is what we use.
How often is the list updated?
Once a month. The trend badge on each card compares this month's search interest with last month's: Rising, Steady or Falling. A creator new to the list is marked New.
Can creators pay to be on this list?
No. Positions cannot be purchased and are never edited by hand.
Why is a famous name missing?
Usually because we could not verify their account. We only list a username when the creator's own channels or a major publication confirm it. Some people searched for most often do not have an OnlyFans account at all — the results are fan pages or impostors, and we do not link to those.
How do I get removed from this list?
Use the removal form. Removal takes up to 48 hours and the username is added to a permanent blocklist.
